Micronet allows you to group items that have similar characteristics for stock handling, margins or sell price markups. These are called product categories.

The Sales Desk Category inquiries allow you to perform a number of inquiries on product categories including:

• price breaks for a product category
• items assigned to a product category
• special prices for items in a product category
• user defined questions for a product category.
